Blogging past 10:30 pm can only mean one thing

Dry eyes, a rapid pulse, a headache slightly to the left. Couple this with a little over tiredness and I never know if it is a lupus flare. Flare? Maybe I am just sick? Gotta rest...mind won't let me rest, too busy. Lots of advice from others. Take it easy, slow down. Still need to rest, extra tired. Just so frustrating that I never know if I am indeed tired or testing the fate that is my next Lupus flare. Maybe this time I am just tired, or perhaps all of this coupled with my 99 degree fever I had earlier is a flare. Or maybe it is not. It is an exhausting constant whirlwind. I have to hurry up just to slow down.
