Our Journey With IUI

I know there are a variety of people who read this blog. We have been trying for so long now to get pregnant. After months of debating and much thought, we have decided to do a round of IUI. There is a 25-30% chance this will work. I know that is not very much. I am hoping for the best and preparing for the worse. It probably seems a little TMI that I am sharing this information, and it probably is, but I want anyone who is having fertility issues to be able to share in this experience, and see what others are doing to achieve their dream.
May 3rd Menses
May 4th Menses
May 5th Clomid 50 mg
May 6th Clomid 50 mg
May 7th Clomid 50 mg
Follistim 50 iu
May 8th Clomid 50 mg
Follistim 50 iu
May 9th Clomid 50 mg
follistim 50 iu
May 10th Follistim 50 iu
On May 10th a trip to my RE said I have a few follicles at 11 mm. They want them to be over 20 mm. So we keep going...
May 11th Follistim 25 iu
May 12h Follistim 25 iu
May 13th Follistim 25 iu
MAY 14TH Follistim 25 iu and estrogen 2 x a day
On day 14 a visit to my RE. I have a few follicles that have grown to 16mm. Doc said that the older you get the longer they take to grow. He said mine are growing about 1.4 mm a day. We scheduled IUI for May 18th.
May 15th Follistem 25 iu and estrogen 2 x a day
May 16th Ovidrel trigger shot, estrogen 2 x a day
May 17th Estrogen, 2 x a day
May 18th....IUI

I am hoping I have atleast 1 follicle at 20 mm. According to his prediction by tomorrow I should have atleast one follicle at atleast a 19. Over 20 is a good ovulation.
